procedures
2 Ensure all appropriate persons are inside buildings or rooms
3 If possible, account for all persons in your designated area
4 Secure doors and windows, if possible
5 Keep all persons away from exposed windows and doors
6 All persons are to remain in the secured area un l "all clear"
is declared by emergency personnel

1 Evacua on assembly loca ons have been determined for all

2 Occupants should use the nearest and safest exit a er the
order to evacuate has been given
3 Occupants should avoid blocking entrance routes to buildings
to allow emergency responders unhindered access
4 Based on type of emergency – occupants may be instructed
to evacuate farther from certain areas; please remain a en-
ve to all emergency communica ons
