CAPSTONE
OUR PROCESS
Includes a 120-hour minimum on-site experience needed with an approved
agency. Our Capstone may be completed in the Summer, Fall or Spring of
senior year or some combination thereof, but approval is necessary. To the
extent possible, student interests will be matched with an appropriate site.
During our Capstone course, senior students write a paper integrating
the experience with competencies and skills acquired during completion
of the Public Health major. Our Capstone paper summarizes the
senior culminating experience and links the experience to national and
international public health concerns.
