METHODS OF NOTIFICATION IN THE EVENT OF SEVERE WEATHER A decision will be made by 8 a.m. on ursday, May 19. Guests will be notified in the following ways if the Severe Weather Scenario is in effect: 1. An announcement will be posted to TCNJ's homepage and the commencement website. 2. Notification of the Severe Weather Scenario will be posted on TCNJ's Facebook page and Twitter feed. 3. Guests can call TCNJ's hotline at 609.637.6000. e greeting on this extension will inform callers if the Severe Weather Scenario is in effect. Main Ceremony I Doors Open: 2:30 p.m. No Procession Ceremony: 3–4 p.m. Education Engineering Graduate Studies Humanities and Social Sciences SEVERE WEATHER SCENARIO Main Ceremony II Doors Open: 5 p.m. No Procession Ceremony: 5:30–6:30 p.m. Arts and Communication Business Nursing, Health, and Exercise Science Science THURSDAY MAY 19, 2016 SEVERE WEATHER In the event of potentially dangerous weather (e.g., lightning), ursday's main ceremony will be moved indoors to the Recreation Center and follow the schedule outlined in the Severe Weather Scenario. Graduates will participate in one of two main ceremonies, depending on their school. Seating is limited to two guests per graduate. Guests will require a ticket for entry. Severe Weather Scenario tickets must be picked up during the Graduation Fair at the TCNJ Bookstore in late March. Tickets are not replaceable. Guests without a ticket will be directed to a simulcast location. Departmental/school ceremonies will not be impacted by the weather and will occur as scheduled.
