Amy Dell received her Ph.D. from the University of Rochester and taught at the University of North Dakota before joining the faculty of TCNJ in 1983. Her teaching and scholar- ship interests are in 1) assistive technology for children and adults with disabilities, and 2) effec- tive strategies for teach- ing teachers how to inte- grate assistive technology into their classrooms. She has directed several state and federally-funded programs focused on as- sistive technology includ- ing the Central New Jer- sey Assistive Technology Program for Individuals who are Blind or Visually Impaired (funded by the NJ Commission on the Blind and Visually Im- paired) and the Adaptive Technology Center for NJ Colleges (funded by the NJ Commission on Higher Education). In addition to her teaching and coordi- nating responsibilities, she is the director of TCNJ's Center on Assistive Technology and Inclusive E d u c a t i o n S t u d i e s (CATIES). to prepare future educa- tors to enlighten and in- spire their students. Dr. Prince holds a doctoral degree from Temple Uni- versity in Curriculum and Dr. Karen Prince teaches in the Department of Ele- mentary and Early Child- hood Education. She has taught graduate- and un- dergraduate-level courses Instruction. She is coordi- nating the MAT program for graduate elementary education majors in the Spring of 2015. Dr. Amy Dell—Graduate Coordinator of Special Education Dr. Karen Prince—Interim Graduate Coordinator of Elementary Education his Ph.D. in Teaching and Learning from New York University in 2013. His major area of emphasis was Literacy Studies. Prior to pursuing his doctorate, Dr. Hall worked as a litera- cy coach and a public school teacher in New Jersey. He holds certifica- tions in General Educa- tion, Special Education and Education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Dr. Hall's current research interests include multi- modal composing practic- es, creativity in literacy practices, as well as New and Digital Literacies in K-12 classrooms. Dr. Matt Hall—Graduate Coordinator of Reading Dr. Hall is an Assistant Professor of Literacy in the Department of Special Education, Language and Literacy. He teaches un- dergraduate and graduate courses focused on litera- cy instruction with a par- ticular emphasis on ele- mentary and middle school.
