Education is everything
Thomas Arlotto MA '75 grew up in a home
where neither parent had more than an
eighth-grade education. Even so, he and
five siblings earned college degrees. Some
achieved the titles of MA, MBA, and PhD.
"We knew education was valued, but we were
on our own as to how to get there," he says.
Arlotto, who "fell in love with learning and
teaching" along the way, became a lifelong
educator. His planned gift to the college,
the Arlotto Family Center for Global
Engagement Endowment, honors his family's
belief in education while helping future
TCNJ students pursue their dreams.
