ORDERING GUIDELINES
Vendors
Items produced for resale, including fundraisers and pop-up shops, must be produced by a TCNJ-licensed vendor. For giveaways, campus
units are encouraged to use licensed vendors. The licensing program is a vetting process for vendors to ensure that TCNJ's name, logos, and
brand standards are used appropriately and that merchandise is manufactured under socially responsible conditions with a code of conduct
designed to reinforce fair labor practices. When using a licensed vendor for your apparel and promo item purchases, there is no need to seek
approval of your artwork before placing your order.
Ready-to-order items are also available through our licensed vendors as an alternative to producing custom apparel and promo items.
Approval
Items produced through one of the college's licensed vendors do not need prior approval. Items produced through any other vendors must be
reviewed — prior to the order being completed — by the appropriate contact listed below.
