43 Class Notes WINTER 2025 Meghan Kinsey '93 opened her third fitness studio, Motivate.® Movement, and expanded to the seacoast of New Hampshire. Kinsey's movement studios provide instruction in barre, strength, bounce, spin, and yoga. Holven Segarra '95 retired as a senior parole officer for New Jersey's Juvenile Justice Commission. '00s Jill Falletta '01 won the 2024–2025 Ocean County (New Jersey) Teacher of the Year Award. She teaches first grade at the Beach Haven School. Brian Costa '02 earned his National Board Certification for Teachers. Joseph Toye '84, a school counselor at Watchung Hills (New Jersey) Regional High School, recently retired. He was previously a middle and high school science teacher. The Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association awarded Rich Montecalvo '86 the 2023 Eugene Berry Award, which honors outstanding prosecutorial service to the state of Florida. Charles Potter '86 holds the prestigious position of senior scientist at Sandia National Laboratories, where he has worked for 32 years. Potter has studied global security in the radiological and nuclear areas and is a nationally and internationally recognized expert in internal radiation dosimetry. Todd Schmitt '86 retired as a physical education teacher in Wall Township (New Jersey) Schools. In his career, he served as Wall's head baseball coach and earned over 400 wins. Following her retirement as superintendent of schools in Millburn, New Jersey, Christine Burton '89 opened a consulting company, Guiding Consultants Group, to support school districts in their professional growth. '90s Cancer survivor Stacy Kitchen '90 donated a sculpture to Capital Health. Titled Keep Moving Forward and crafted with words and phrases clipped from Real Woman magazine, her original artwork aims to uplift people and inspire resilience through life's ups and downs. Christina Romeo '90 retired after 32 years in the Old Bridge Township (New Jersey) Public Schools. Jeanie Perrotta Ruban '91 is a counselor at Hillside (New Jersey) High School and recently received her real estate license. She also enjoys teaching tennis and pickleball to adults and children in Mountainside, New Jersey. Her daughter Sabrina Ruban '24 is a fourth-grade teacher in the Bernards Township (New Jersey) School District. Maurice Lane '92, a fantasy and horror writer, has used crowdfunding projects to publish four novels and two short story anthologies. Christopher Hammer '93 has sold his business, CMH Tutoring and Consulting, to KMW Enterprises of Philadelphia. Hammer is an educator, consultant, and tutor, having spent 21 years with The Princeton Review. A group of pals who met on Wolfe 2 during Welcome Week 2014 celebrated their 10th anniversary of friendship by traveling to Quebec, Canada. While there, they discovered a Wolfe monument and had to take a photo.
