Other Postemployment Benefit Revenue
e other postemployment benefit (OPEB) revenue represents the college's proportionate share of OPEB
expenses under GASB 75. is non-cash revenue is a direct offset of the OPEB expenses that were recognized in
fiscal year 2021.
Investment Income
Investment income includes interest and dividend income as well as net realized and unrealized gains and losses
on the college's investment portfolio. During fiscal year 2021, the strong stock market performance resulted in
significant appreciation of the investment portfolio, yielding a total return of $15.5 million or 19.5% for the
fiscal year.
