With the help of fellow shop teachers and students, he printed more than 12,000 pieces of PPE. His reward: a Mazda MX-5 Miata 100th Anniversary Edition car from the Mazda Heroes program. Alumnus George Anderson "It highlights what is best about TCNJ," says music professor Eric Laprade of the Department of Music's virtual showcase that streamed live in December. For part of the presentation, students in the wind ensemble, chorale, and college choir returned to campus to play together for the first time since the start of the pandemic in a series of outdoor perfor- mances. As VP of Trailer Park Group, an entertainment marketing agency in California, Anderson worked with the Hollywood town council to paint "All Black Lives Matter" on the famous street. 1 Under 40 Variety named Derek Wan '01, director of nonfiction series at Netflix, to its Hollywood's New Leaders 2020 list. The list honors executives, creatives, and showrunners who are all under 40 years old. Nothing to sneeze at TCNJ won the New Jersey State College & University Flu Challenge for the second year in a row. The friendly competition links the Department of Health with other colleges and universities in the state to improve flu vaccination rates. 3
