5 FALL 2020 L to R: Haring and Wozniak This book took me places My beloved, well-worn Italian textbook (right) and a mimeographed page hold treasured memories of my favorite professor, Jeanne Calo. She was an extraordinary woman, mentor, and friend. I'll never part with this book! — ELIZABETH KAMINSKY '82 Today's special I waitressed and tended bar at The Rat for most of my time at TCNJ. I met so many great people there. On my last shift of my senior year I took one of the menus to remember my favorite place on campus where I spent so many hours. — MICHELLE LANDA TULLY '97 My sisters' keeper Sentimental items from my days at Trenton State bring back wonderful memories of fun with my sorority sisters in Philomathean Sigma. I still use the clipboard every day! — LINDA BARTOW LASH '69 Oldest (but not old) friends Faye Gremminger Haring '68 is a friend I never lost. We were sorority sisters in Ionian Sigma. Here we are on vacation and watching manatees at Blue Spring State Park in Orange City, Florida, in December 2019. — BARBARA SZYMANOWSKI WOZNIAK '68, MA '73 Gift of gab I saved my TSC Class of 1964 yearbook. One day, 10 years ago, while turning its pages, I was reminded of the many remarkable women who were my classmates. I thought how great would it be if we all attended a luncheon at my home. The RSVPs came back with unrestrained enthusiasm. The talk was nonstop, filled with laughter and wonderful "Aha! I remember that!" moments. The conversation was endless. We talked about fun times, awkward times, cramming for exams, living off campus, the student union, and card games. Since that first gathering 10 years ago, we've enjoyed reunion luncheons in the autumn almost every year. — CLAIRE D'AMBROSIO DEICKE '64 Lifetime friends My best treasures from TCNJ are my friends: Christine Focht Catalucci, Carol Collins, Esther Denham Cross, Lillian Guadagno Giordano, Lucretia Gadaleta Malone, Carolyn Trifari Sulaitis, Suan Espitallier Urmey, Jane Potskanik Veth, and Susan Feder Zellea. We were all '69 grads, and, 50 years later, we've been through it all together — weddings, illness, divorces, and children. — PEGGY BLOSCHOCK McAVADDY '69
