Across from Trenton Hall (Admissions)
sits Campus Town, a mixed-use
development that rents single, two-
bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments
to juniors and seniors. Like residence
halls on campus, Campus Town
has resident assistants on staff for
emergencies, counseling, social events,

New Residence and Eickhoff Halls
Both New Residence and Eickhoff offer doubles, each with a private bath. Eickhoff has a
superb food-court-style dining hall; New Residence has a large game room.

and Phelps Halls
These twin, three-story, apartment-style residence halls
provide three singles and one double room, accommodating
a total of five students. Each apartment includes
a kitchenette, living room, and bathroom.

Decker Hall
In six-story Decker Hall, you'll live in a suite — mostly
two double rooms connected by a bathroom — with three
other students. A few suites hold five occupants.
Cromwell Hall
Another six-story, suite-style hall, Cromwell is mostly
three double rooms that share a bathroom and small
foyer and house six students.
Townhouses East,
West, and South
Each three-floor unit houses 10 students, each in a
single room. Every floor has a bathroom and a
kitchenette, with a living area on the first floor.
Sophomore living
Besides traditional residence halls, students can also choose suites or townhouses.
Upperclass living
Single rooms! Choose from townhouse suites or apartment-style residence halls.
