13 12 Green Hall With its iconic clock tower, Green Hall is the college's main administrative building. It houses essential services, such as financial aid, records and registration, and student accounts. The office of the president is on the second floor. Athletics Packer Hall is one of several campus facilities that serves as home turf for the TCNJ Lions. Before moving to Ewing in 1931, it was located on Clinton Avenue in Trenton. Green Hall is the oldest building on campus. Its cornerstone was laid in 1930. Originally, the building housed everything from labs and classrooms to faculty and administrative offices. It even contained a post office! The building is named for James M. Green, who was president of the college from 1889–1917. The diving well has two one-meter and two three-meter diving boards. Men's and women's basketball hold court in the Packer Hall gymnasium. Wrestlers hit the mats here, too. Lions Stadium is home to TCNJ's football, field hockey, men's and women's soccer, and women's lacrosse teams. The facility hosts the college's annual commencement exercises each May.
