The Bachelor of Science in Public Health degree program prepares graduates to
advance the public's health through education, health promotion, disease prevention,
and the improvement of health outcomes of populations and individuals domestically
and globally. Promoting, protecting, and improving health and wellness raises human
capital across families, communities, and cultures. We are committed to educating
public health advocates to enter a varied and growing range of professions—from
medicine to marketing, from epidemiology to public policy—and lead change in human
health. All of our programs, at both the undergraduate and certificate levels, emphasize
global perspectives, cross-cultural competency, and intensive experiential learning,
while providing flexibility for customized study.
